RE Intelligence is an institutional-grade location intelligence platform that helps business owners, investors, and developers make data-driven go/no-go investment decisions at the district and street level.
Using our proprietary V&R Milestone methodology, we score every district across 16 global cities on 38 indicators drawn from 4 locked institutional data sources.
Whether you're opening a retail shop, a luxury boutique, a corporate office, or a tech startup, RE Intelligence adjusts its scoring weights to match your specific business type.
Every district's nighttime light output is measured by NASA's VIIRS satellite (Black Marble, ~500 m resolution). More light at night means more construction, retail, traffic, and occupancy — activity you can see from orbit.
We compare each district against the same month last year (cancelling seasonality) and against the previous month. Ramadan months are excluded — nighttime activity shifts dramatically during Ramadan and would distort the comparison. Each district is then ranked against its own city: ▲▲ accelerating · ▲ rising · → stable · ▼ fading.
The arrow is independent of the district score by design: the score measures quality today, the arrow measures direction of activity. A 90-scoring district can be fading; a 55 can be accelerating.
Districts smaller than ~2 km² cover only a handful of satellite pixels, so a single bright site could distort their reading. Those show a gray · "low signal" instead of a confident arrow — we never show an arrow we can't stand behind.
